This base is located in an Alliance of Galactic Travellers star system. The base is located at latitude/longitude -107.8, 36.97. This base is a memorial monument to the original Louyen Firstfall monument site constructed in the PS4 universe during the Atlas Rises era. Its style is inspired by the original monument but using different materials.

This base is built on the surface. A four sided pyramid structure with 5 Atlas monuments at the peak platform. The underside of the monument provides an entrance for shelter from radiation conditions on the moon.
