Summary
Aiad Khaganate is a Civilized space community originating from Aiad XIII planet in Taffhamp XIX system in Chbiam region of the Euclid Galaxy.
Goverment
Aiad Khaganate is a collectivist constitutional monarchy (non elective). The monarch wields the title of Khagan of Aiad. Currently, this title is wielded by Globko (Globko Khan). The capital base is Khan Qala located on Aiad XIII. Presently, Aiad Khaganate isn't active member of the Federation.

Aiad Khaganate is divided into Belonging Star Systems and Colonial Star Systems.
System is Belonging if:
-it is located in Chbiam region and it was discovered by member of the Aiad Khaganate.
System is Colonial if:
-it isn't located in Chbiam region, but it was discovered by member of the Aiad Khaganate, and an Aiad Khaganate base is present there.
-it is located in Chbiam region, and it wasn't discovered by member of the Aiad Khaganate, but an Aiad Khaganate base is present there.
-it isn't located in Chbiam region, and it wasn't discovered by member of the Aiad Khaganate, but an Aiad Khaganate base is present there.
The exception is Taffhamp XIX system. It wasn't discovered by member of the Aiad Khaganate, but officially it's counted as Belonging, because it's a capital system.
