Alternative Landing Pad is a base building product that provides a platform where starships can land and take off. This includes not only the player's ship, but also NPC traders.

  • Players may call their ship to a alternative landing pad using Navigation Data.
  • Taking off from a landing pad has no Launch Thruster cost.
  • When constructing an alternative Landing Pad, they cannot be attached to buildings directly and can only be place on top of the planet surface or floor parts such as Concrete Floor Panel, Wood Floor Panel and Metal Floor Panel.
  • Starships will be placed upon available landing pads when teleporting back to the player’s base.
  • NPC starships may land on landing pads.

  • The blueprint is acquired from the Construction Research Station for 1 Salvaged Data.
  • Landing craft will be oriented with the instrument boxes and the angled corner to their right.
  • Bug (3.60): Nothing can be attached to an Alternative Landing Pad. Please report this bug here.
