Autophage Camp is a point of interest.
Summary[ | ]
Autophage Camp is a type of point of interest. These camps are hidden and can be found among some "abandoned" points of interest, including Drop Pods, Beacons, and Crashed Freighters. When installed in a Multi-Tool, the Polyphonic Core can be used to locate them. Both the Polyphonic Core and the Scan Harmoniser can be used to decloak the camps and Autophage NPCs with a local scan, once the site has been reached. Camp locations are marked by a yellow Autophage icon.
Sufficient progress must be made in the They Who Returned questline to obtain the necessary technologies for detection, and to interact with any Autophage entities or the Autophage Synthesis Terminals.
The camp does not exists at inhabited points of interest.
Features[ | ]
- Autophage lifeforms: There are generally three to six Autophage NPCs found at each camp.
- Autophage missions: By interacting with a given Autophage, the player can accept missions in exchange for Void Motes, words of their Language, and reputation gains.
- Autophage Synthesis Terminals: Staff components can be purchased and crafted into Voltaic Staffs. Unique Autophage themed cosmetics (equipped at the Appearance Modifier) and Rebuilt Exosuit Modules can also be bought here.
