B. Cornwaivium is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.

It is a member of the Bos genus.

Appearance[]

A teal and pale-gray subterranean crustacean with curvy eyestalks supporting spherical compound eyes, a ruffled hood atop its back, a beak at its fore, and eight tentacle-legs. The Non-uniform gender has segmented arms supporting large pincer claws. The None gender lacks arms but has numerous thick cilia atop its back.

Discovery Menu[]

Discovered in the rainy marshes of planet Mori 12/B9. Migratory in nature, their seasonal wanders take them from one pole to the other, moving as the light levels change. They snuffle for food with their noises [sic] dug into the dirt, flicking earth into their mouths with long, spiked tongues. Nutrient source is presumed to be soil-bound microorganisms.
