B. Towerebianosa is a creature.

Summary[]

B. Towerebianosa is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.

It is an especially large member of the Bos genus, with some specimens reaching 8.2m tall, making it one of the biggest of its genus. They can only be observed during the day, but as soon as the sun rises, both genders of B. Towerebianosa cannot be missed as they flourish on their paradise home planet of Abhanet Tau.

Appearance[]

Shared Body Features[]

Both genders have little physical resemblance. They share an orange and white coloration, and the same spider-like legs (but the Male gender has six of them while the Prime gender has eight).

Gender Dimorphism[]

The Prime and Male genders both look like crabs, each in its own way:

  • Their upper body is rather dissimilar; the Male gender exhibits a crab-like shell with a prominent crest on top of it, while the Prime gender appears to display dual apparent head hemispheres.
  • The rest of the body of the Prime gender looks more like a crab, especially its eyes and claws; the Male gender has faceted eyes, much like a fly and is devoid of front limbs.

Alias Names[]

All Original: B. Towerebianosa
PS4 Current: B. Towerebianosa

Discovery Menu[]

A grasslands creature, at home in lush plains of planet Abhanet Tau. Their soul responds to some rhythm deep within the planet's core, causing them to wander endlessly to its slow marching beat. Their diet consists of fallen fruit that has begun to rot. This fermented, bacteria-enriched mush appears to have a vital place in their digestive system.

Additional Observations: Alluring pheromones.

Location[]

It can be found on the planet Abhanet Tau in the Enohama XIII star system.
