Because the terrain of the farthest planets is similar to planets pre-Origins, it can be implied that this system already had 6 planets to begin with.

If there's such a thing as Fandom, then there's Bandom! This is the Eyfert Khannate's prison system where all criminals get banned from society and dumped here, whether from the Red Zone or the Blue Zone. The system is split into two halves: Blue criminals are sent to planets 1-4 while Red criminals are sent to planets 3-6. The middle two planets are shared between the two because they're the absolute worst in the system. The worst of the worst non-biodegradable garbage who are as nasty as PESTINIA PESTIS, such as corrupt politicians, plunderers, traitors, sowers of mass discord, mass genociders, greedy and filthy rich people, those causing major economic depressions and the likes of such scum, are thrown away from a literal dump freighter, along with the civilization's most hazardous waste.
The first planet is where criminals from the Blue Zone who commit grievous offense/s are sent to. Prison time ranges from 30 years to life imprisonment with or without parole. They will be exposed to the highly pathogenic and toxic environment of this planet. Prisoners here will be kept barely alive until they finally die a slow, painful death due to disease. Crimes committed include 1st degree murder, rape, heightism and wideism motivated attacks, armed robbery and gross negligence resulting in copious amounts of homicide.
The second planet is where criminals from the Blue Zone who commit more or less petty offense/s are sent to. Prison time ranges from 1 month to 10 years with parole. They will work hard to contribute to the Blue Zone while exposed to frigid winter conditions. Because Kinderkins have tough bodies, in order for the prisoners to suffer here, they'll be fully stripped of all clothing except for their underwear. Crimes committed include theft, vandalism, robbery, desecration of art, gross negligence resulting in multiple injuries and insulting any GITGUD high-ranking official (e.g. CEO, President).
The third and fourth planets are the very definitions of death penalty. This is where the worst of the worst are literally dumped down into. Criminals who commit extremely grievous offense/s with far-reaching negative consequences are sent here. They are randomly dumped to either the dead planet where they'll be driven to total insanity until they ultimately kill themselves, or the lush planet infected with SEVID-20 / Pestinia pestis where they'll eventually die to attrition against the endless barrage of EXPLETIVE-ING SENTINELS. Usually it takes 6 - 36 days for prisoners to die here. Stragglers who somehow survive for more than 36 days will be sent to the desert planet for the final death sentence. They will be all tied up above an open fire to be roasted alive, chopped up and eaten in an extravagant grand feast. All of it will be publicly broadcasted to every single star system under the control of the Eyfert Khannate. Crimes committed include mass murder, genocide, plunder, treason, wide-reaching fraud and scams resulting in significant economic loss and damage (e.g. Ponzi schemes, poor risk management, exchange traded notes, fake accounts, libor rigging, precious materials price rigging and more), sowers of discord, political corruption (the red zone has significantly less tolerance to this), breaking free any prisoner from these planets whether forced to or intentional, lese majeste (Red Zone only) and more!
The fifth planet is where criminals from the Red Zone who commit grievous offense/s are sent to. Prison time ranges from 50 years to life imprisonment without parole. They will be smothered by the ash-filled air due to the planet being quite volcanically active. They will be kept barely alive until they are either smothered or worked to death. Crimes committed include attempted murder, attempted rape, propaganda against either the Red Zone or Blue Zone's government, heightism and wideism motivated attacks, company policy/ies causing stress overaccumulation resulting to mental health issues, armed robbery and gross negligence resulting to at least one homicide.
The sixth planet is where criminals from the Red Zone who commit more or less petty offense/s are sent to. Prison time ranges from 1 year to 10 years without parole. They will work hard to contribute to the Red Zone while exposed to the occasional desert dust storm and frigid night temperatures. Because this planet has a somewhat friendly climate by Eyfert Khannate standards and how Kinderkins have tough bodies, in order for the prisoners to suffer here, they'll be overworked until they're close to death. Crimes committed include petty theft, petty vandalism, robbery, petty desecration of art, negligence resulting to at least one injury. The sixth planet is unique because it is where stragglers who somehow survive the harsh conditions of the 3rd and 4th planets are finally killed in the most pompous and extravagant manner, all publicly broadcasted to every single star system under the Eyfert Khannate.
Finally, should the Eyfert Khannate descend into a state anarchy, there is a last resort - Invoking the SGZ Act. The toughest of the toughest Kinderkins are afraid of it. Khan Ezegnegch himself and CEO Duling, the wealthiest Kinderkin, are scared of it. The most brutal, extreme and inhumane form of the death penalty - an Empty galaxy with a red core. Specifically, Sugueziume, or the SGZ for short. The Khan and GITGUD CEO Duling have already experienced many empty galaxies due to their travels to other civilizations and long expeditions, but all of them pale in comparison to red-core empty galaxies.
Despite the harsh prison life, prisoners on the 2nd and 6th planets and a chosen few from the 1st and the 4th who observe good behavior and really get the message, are given a second chance. They are sent to the "good areas" of either the second or sixth planet, where they'll get all the help they need, be rehabilitated and slowly integrated back into society. They are treated almost like ordinary citizens but with heightened restrictions and somewhat increased workloads. The reintegration program is so good, the success rate is at a commendable 99%. The 1% repeat offenders are resent to their respective planets but without any chance of parole despite good behavior - a full sentence.
The entire system is monitored by some of the toughest and most ruthless members of the Eyfert Khannate Elite Army. They are aided by the most morally incorruptible of people and one of the most powerful, flawless, fail-safe and ingenious pieces of population suppression technology - the Bandom, an extremely complex multi-layered security system and super-AI. The Bandom is so good, there hasn't been anyone who has been wrongfully convicted since its inception. It has become better, smarter, more merciless and more ruthless than ever before.
The Bandom also comes with a criminal encyclopedia that the public can edit for free! They can edit the Bandom pages of criminals but the extent and freedom of how much can be edited depend on the gravity of the crime/s committed. However, for criminals sent to the 3rd and 4th planets, their Bandom pages have no restrictions and thus, the public is free to, encouraged, and even paid by the government to dehumanize, de-animalize and de-tree-of-life-ize such scum to their hearts' content, sometimes in a free-for-all battle royale online video game called HYDRA. It also benefits those who edit 3rd and 4th planet criminals thanks to the generous pay. Believe it or not, it has helped many people get out of extreme poverty. Some citizens are full-time workers tasked with editing Bandom articles of criminals. A few of them have written such marvelous hit articles so benevolently dehumanizing, they've become cleanly rich and famous writers of crime thrillers!
If there are criminals who commit such heinous crimes, we send them to the very depths of Sentinel hell. May their mind, body and souls be forever be degenerated into utter nothingness in all the infinite universes, never to exist and cause problems ever again. That is our mission at Bandom. One sentinel at a time, one heinous criminal at a time.
Due to a fierce and sweeping anti-crime campaign in the Tovegas Terminus, the prisoner population is rising at an alarming rate, mainly in the 1st and 5th planets. Organized crime gangs are forming within them, some becoming full-fledged syndicates. Due to the situation getting out of hand, both the blue and red zones have agreed to implement a decree which sends anyone involved in any criminal organization connected to the Tovegas Terminus to the most dangerous 3rd and 4th planets - instant death penalty. This has done little to lower criminal activity. More extreme measures to quash the crime wave are underway, with talks invoking a lesser version of the SGZ Act, dumping criminals connected to the Tovegas Terminus into an intergalactic death sentence to Sugueziume.
