  • Damage:

  • Fire Rate:
  • Ricochet Module: causes missed shots to bounce off of surfaces

Up to three Boltcaster Upgrades can be installed in the inventory of a Multi-tool --- installing four or more upgrades will disable all upgrades of that type until the upgrade count is reduced to three or less.

Additional information

  • Upgrade bonuses trigger for Boltcaster Upgrades if they are adjacent to Boltcaster, Barrel Ioniser or each other, increasing their bonuses above listed values.
  • Boltcaster shots affected by the Ricochet Module bonus are unable to damage reinforced doors, supply depots or Bipedal walker torsos on direct hits. (It is not yet known whether shots are able to damage armored targets after a bounce.)
