On a planet, it can be located with the Analysis Visor by looking for the icon.
It has the same icon as Cargo Drop and typically is one buried yellow container that can be excavated from the shallow surface by using the Terrain Manipulator. After opening, container can have a Suspicious Module or other high value loot.
