C. Insecnupus is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is a member of the Bos genus.
It is also featured in the GHEC 8m+ Fauna Album where on May 21 2020 it was only the 7th 8m+ Bos found and documented within the Galactic Hub Project.

The only similarities between the genders is the color scheme.
Gender Dimorphism[]
- Vectorized is the larger of the genders and has six legs. It displays a large tail that strongly resembles one commonly found on Whip Spiders.
- Male only has four legs and has a typical beetle shell. It also has large pincers.

Discovery Menu[]
Torched by the extreme solar heat, C. Insecnupus survives on planet Uarti Beta. A higher order intelligence lives within its skull. The analysis process reveals an eidetic memory, though some brain functions appear resistant to the scanner. They feast upon Solar Vine, and will travel vast distances to find it.
