E. Nanoferrum is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is a member of the Bos genus. E. Nanoferrum is an aggressive creature, but isn't hostile towards interlopers.
Appearance[]
The None and Asymptotic genders share very few features: a grey coloration and spider-like legs (although not the same number).
The Asymptotic gender is a rare Lesser Mushroom Beetle (LMB), a less elusive version of the Greater Mushroom Beetle (GMB). It is a subset of the Bos fauna genus characterized by the presence of a non-full-fruiting-body fungal symbiote. This particular species exhibits bright orange touches alongside its main grey coloration.
