Gorogohl is one of the pre-release planets in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is notable for its rock formations, and for containing one of the only Portals known at that time.
It is located in the Xonnas star system before the change of the generation seed.

Gorogohl is a rocky desert planet with bizarre snaking rock formations running over the planet. Some have described them as "twisting bridges of rock floating in the sky."
The surface is also dotted with tall reddish purple crystals of varying sizes.

Portal leading to Yaasrij
There is a temple-like portal surrounded by red crystals and a crashed starship. The portal leads to the planet Yaasrij.
Life[ | ]
A strange species of low-flying fish-like creatures inhabit Gorogohl's air. The only visible plant life appears to be small grasses.
