G. Quarlalusae is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is an especially large member of the Bos genus, with some examples reaching 6.1m tall. One of the genders is a Lesser Mushroom Beetle (or LMB), which are particularly rare in that size.
Appearance[]
The yellow/brown coloration of G. Quarlalusae blends into the landscapes of their home and lush planet.
Gender dimorphism[]
- The Female gender of this species is an elusive Lesser Beetle Mushroom, easily recognizable with an enormous bell-shape mushroom on its back. Overall, this gender looks like a beetle.
- The Asymmetric gender exhibits sizable claws but also arachnidian legs, making it look more like a spider.

A grasslands creature, at home in lush plains of planet Ehara 53/J3. Migratory in nature, their seasonal wanders take them from one pole to the other, moving as the light levels change. Their blood is highly toxic to most predators, thanks to their oxide-rich diet.
