The Galactic Hub Marketplace is a collection of player-run shops in Galactic Hub space.
Summary[ | ]
The Galactic Hub Marketplace is a collection of player-run, HubCoin-based businesses within the Galactic Hub Project civilization's claimed space.
Players must have successfully registered for HubCoin to interact with these businesses (see link in previous line for signup instructions). Any player may start a business without the approval of Galactic Hub staff, but the Galactic Hub reserves the right to intervene in specific instances where there is a potential for negative impacts from a business on the general Galactic Hub experience.
Conducting Transactions[ | ]
Although you may contact a Business Owner / Employee however you'd like, business is primarily conducted through the "hub-marketplace" forum section of the Galactic Hub Discord server. Each Business Owner may set up their own post within the forum. These are similar to what would be called 'threads' on many websites - a single place within the forum where other Hub Discord users can reply specifically to your business.

There are four tiers of HubCoin rewards as follows:

- Caesarus Egg - 1,500 . The genetic material of the Tyranocae (t-rex) species native to Territorium de Caesarus, HUB-G-1F5 De Caesarus, the largest fauna ever discovered to this day. However, due to new limitations on the Tyranocae genus, the Caesarus is now capped at 5.0m.
- Rigatori Niplatea Egg - 1,000 . The genetic material of the Rangifae (diplo) species native to Drogradur NO425 (Pathfinder), HUB-G-211 Lennon, the first capital of the Galactic Hub.
- R. Musiretioe Egg - 1,000 . The genetic material of the Rangifae (diplo) species native to New Lennon (PS4), HUB10-6A Quetzalcoatl's Sun, the third capital of the Galactic Hub.
- Kesey Beetle Egg - 900 . The genetic material of the Bos species, specifically a Greater Mushroom Beetle, native to Planet Prankster, HUB-G-1B8 K.Kesey. This was the first Greater Mushroom Beetle ever discovered in Galactic Hub space.
- Living Fossil Egg - 400 : The genetic material of an extinct pre-Abyss Update aquatic fauna species. These fauna are no longer found anywhere in the game, and newer players may have never seen these types of fauna species before.

- Custom Flair - 1,000 . A custom flair to show off any NMS-related topic of your choice: your ship, your multitool, your favorite companion, etc. All you have to do is send an image with decent contrast between the background and desired image!
- Exclusive Caesarus Flair - 120 . Feature the Caesarus, largest fauna ever recorded and staple of the Rentocniijik Expanse-era Hub, in your flair!
- Exclusive HubCoin Flair - 120 . An exclusive flair to show your love for the Hub's native currency!
- Reddit Redesign Text & Emoji Flairs - 40 . Your choice of text and up to 5 emojis for your user flair! Unlike Exclusive and Custom flairs, these will show on New Reddit / Reddit Redesign. Reddit apps will vary.
Discord User Title
- Custom Name Color - 420 . Provide a hex code and your user title will be changed to that color! Red, green, yellow, and teal colors are not permitted.
Tier IV - In-Game Resources[ | ]
- Units - 10,000 / 1 . HubCoins can be redeemed for Units in-game. This will be done by providing an item of approximately corresponding value for an interloper to sell.
- Nanites - 5 / 1 . HubCoins can be redeemed for Nanites in-game. This will be done by providing an item of approximately corresponding value for an interloper to sell or refine.
