The Galactic Pathfinders are a Civilized space community.
Summary[ | ]
The Galactic Pathfinders are a Civilized Space alliance of Travellers or No Man's Sky players (PS4) participating in exploration, farming and trading activities within the NMS universe. The group was created on the 8th September 2017.
The alliance is not limited to PS4 players, merely the current members are all playing on the PS4.
Members of the Galactic Pathfinders refer to each other as Pathfinders and can meet, talk and share ideas on the Galactic Pathfinders Facebook Group.

- Help other Travellers, whether Pathfinders or otherwise, whenever you can
- Add the tag (GP) to the end of any system you name and upload
Hierarchy[ | ]
The Council of the Galactic Pathfinders consists of the High Captain and a number of Venture Captains. The High Captain is whomever holds the Admin position of the of the Pathfinders Facebook Group. The Venture Captains are the group's current moderators.
These are the only members that effectively have any rank at this time. As the Pathfinders recruit new members, a more complex hierarchy may need to be created.

Long-term Plans[ | ]
The current vision is to have a small hub at the center of Euclid, and a number of small hubs across the galaxy, to allow members to rapidly travel. A couple out on the rim, some near other major civilization hubs acting as embassies etc.
Then expand into other galaxies and do the same thing.

- 29th July 2018 - DonRaccoon returns to the Kortos system to re-establish a Pathfinder presence, settling on the planet Wutentina
Pre-N.E.X.T.[ | ]
Scientists say there have been a number of 'reset' events that have swept the universe, changing things each time in significant ways. Remanents of what came before can be found scattered throughout the known galaxies. The most recent one has been codenamed NEXT and more records than ever before have survived to this new time.
