Gravitino Ball is a tradeable and one of the trade commodities

As the player walks closer to one, it will shine brighter. It can be found in small, medium, and large varieties.

It can be revealed with Analysis Visor and will be indicated with the icon.

When a Gravitino Ball is picked up in the wild, the player receives a three-star wanted level. There is no risk gathering them from your base or freighter hydroponics, and are a great cash crop when grown en masse.

Game Description[ | ]

A supersymmetric particle cluster created by divergent super-gravitational forces. A micro-rift is created as they form, and extraction of the orb prompts a localised reality weakening. Sentinel forces will respond to stablise any such anomaly.

Can be sold at a Galactic Trade Terminal.

GravitinoPlant — Sentient Plants on a frozen world

Gravitino Balls will always spawn on planets with hostile or corrupted sentinels.
They can also be found from a rock-like creature with a stalk holding a Gravitino Ball. These are called Sentient Plant in-game. The stalk will only appear when you're near it. This type has a low chance of appearing on planets without extreme weather, and is similar to the Light Stalk found around Xen in the game Half-Life.
Several can also be found at certain Ancient Ruins.
With assistance from a Farmer, Gravitino Balls can also be grown as a product of the Gravitino Host plant, with a harvest time of 120 minutes.
