Updated WorldsOne

A Harmonic Interface is used to purchase Exosuit customisations, acquire Multi-Tools, and locate crashed Starships.

Summary[ | ]

A Harmonic Interface is an interactive object used to purchase Autophage themed appearance customisations for the Exosuit, purchase and assemble unique components into Staff Multi-Tools, unlock Sentinel Multi-Tools, and to locate crashed Interceptor Starships. Void Motes are the currency used to make all purchases.

Location[ | ]

These interfaces are only found at Harmonic Camps on planets that aren't a Dead or Exotic biome and that have a 'Dissonance detected' sentinel level. These specific planets can only be found within Dissonant Systems that are inhabited by sentient Species. Once the system has been entered, an Echo Locator can be used to reveal a Harmonic Camp location, marked by a yellow Autophage icon.

Use[ | ]

Upon first using any Harmonic Interface, there are four response choices displayed. To know which input Glyphs are needed, 'Scan memory registers' must be selected. Three register information strings of numbers/letters are given, each ending with a short subtraction or addition problem. The answer to the problem will always be a number between 1 and 16, correlating with which glyphs are needed. Remember these three numbers.

After getting the numbers, select 'Access main interface' and then 'Input override glyphs'. Three glyph slots are displayed in a triangle formation. Click on each slot to select the correct glyph according to the numbers you received from the memory registers. The order of the inserted glyphs does not matter. If a glyph is entered incorrectly, it may be removed to select a new one.

Once the correct glyphs are entered, 'Deactivate Multi-Tool seal' unlocks the Multi-Tool cabinet to the left of the interface and 'Locate Dissonance Spikes' will create a location marker to begin a mini side quest for obtaining a crashed Sentinel Interceptor.

Returning to the interface without the appropriate progress made on the They Who Returned Autophage questline, the only options available are 'Locate Dissonance Spikes' or 'Leave'. With the appropriate amount of progress, the 'Exchange void motes' and 'Staff assembly' options are present as well.

  • 'Exchange void motes' enters a buy/sell screen like that of a Galactic Trade Terminal where unique items and Autophage themed customisations may be purchased with Void Motes.
  • 'Staff assembly' enters a crafting screen to place three staff components for an Autophage Voltaic Staff Multi-Tool.
