Description | Wreckage of an unbuild Autophage. |
Harmonic Scrap is a planetary point of interest.
Summary[ | ]
Harmonic Scrap is one of various planetary points of interest. They are damaged, partially constructed Autophage shells found on Dissonant Planets. Their goal is probably to rebuild an entire carapace and thus be able to move. They are often found in the wild, but they are also found near the wreckage of Sentinel Interceptors and in Harmonic Camps.
Description[ | ]
These machines can be located with the Analysis Visor (Autophage icon). The machine has a screen displaying a corrupted image (red glitched circle containing four symbols). These four symbols are actually characters from the coded Alphabet, meaning the word "Void".
Interactions[ | ]
By interacting with the machine, you must first remove the corruption. This "corruption" is a recoverable resource, often Pugneum, but also sometimes more interesting resources such as Walker Brains (x10), Quad Servoes (x10) or Inverted Mirrors (x10).
After removing the corruption, one of these dialogues will play:

You then have to provide Atlantideum (x71) to continue. Once this is given, a numbered binary code is displayed. The known codes are displayed below:
- The first: 1010110
- The second: 1001111
- The third: 1001001
- The fourth: 1000100
- The fifth: 100000

- The eighth: 1010100
- The ninth: 1001000
- The tenth: 1000101
- The eleventh: 1010010
- The seventeenth: ???...
No binary code beyond eleven was found. The meaning of the seventeenth is unknown.
Each binary code corresponds to an alphanumeric character. These eleven binary codes correspond to eleven characters, forming the words: VOID MOTHER, an entity mentioned in a text in the colossal Korvax archive.
