Humboldt Drive is an exocraft technology.

Summary[edit | edit source]

Humboldt Drive is an exocraft technology required for the propulsion of the Nautilon. It uses Hydrothermal Fuel Cell (100%/unit) as a fuel source.

Game description[edit | edit source]

A thermally-efficient, inversion-proof reactor engine capable of powering the Nautilon even at extreme depths.

Powered by Hydrothermal Fuel Cells.

Source[edit | edit source]

Humboldt Drive's blueprint is always known, but the player may not need to use the blueprint depending on when they first summon the Nautilon by building a Nautilon Chamber.

  • If the player builds the Nautilon Chamber for the first time after acquiring its blueprint from Dreams of the Deep, Humboldt Drive will already be installed in the Nautilon.
  • If, instead, the player builds the Nautilon Chamber for the first time before completing the quest step in Dreams of the Deep that normally awards the blueprint (by learning the blueprint from the Blueprint Analyser), the Nautilon will not have Humboldt Drive, forcing the player to install one manually in order to travel underwater with the exocraft.

Build[edit | edit source]

Humboldt Drive can be built using the following ingredients:

Humboldt Drive cannot be dismantled.
