Hyaline Brain is a component which, when purified into a Harmonic Brain at a Monolith, is used to make a crashed Sentinel Interceptor claimable. When the player has 3 Radiant Shard and 1 Inverted Mirror (collected from a Dissonance Resonator) in their inventory the Hyaline Brain can be probed in the inventory (by pressing E on PC) revealing the location of the closest Monolith.
