Hydrothermal Fuel Cell can be built using a blueprint and the following ingredients:

• Salt ×40  +   Cyto-Phosphate ×40  +   Carbon ×40  →   Hydrothermal Fuel Cell

Additional information

• One Hydrothermal Fuel Cell will fully recharge the Humboldt Drive.
• All the required resources can be collected underwater, eliminating the need to resurface.
