Instability Drive is a starship technology that increases Pulse Engine fuel efficiency.

A highly advanced upgrade for the Pulse Engine, vastly increasing fuel efficiency.
Tritium supplies are redirected into a cycle of miniature black holes. Resulting micro-gravity fluctuations are harnessed to boost starship propulsion beyond conventional combustion-based approaches.

Instability Drive can be built using a blueprint and the following ingredients:
Warp Cell ×1 + Tritium Hypercluster ×3 + Chromatic Metal ×100 → Instability Drive
Instability Drive can be repaired using the following ingredients:
- Warp Cell ×1 + Tritium Hypercluster ×2 + Chromatic Metal ×50
Instability Drive can be dismantled after construction, returning the following ingredients:
- Instability Drive → Tritium Hypercluster ×1 + Chromatic Metal ×50
