Finally got the solar panels hooked up to the batteries and powering the lights and portal. I also got the wiring sorted out (sorta').
I have claimed three wrecked ships. I have them all flying and at the home base. It looks like a used car lot. Now to decide which ones to keep and which to get rid of, something I am not too sure how to do.
I had a longish bout with two pirates. I was surprised that the battle took place at almost ground level, literally throwing up clouds of dust. I didn't kill either pirate, but did get in a few hits. It showed how bad my controller skills are. It also makes me want some different enhancements to my ship. I'm kind of itching for another shot at them
I have encountered three different space anomalies, but couldn't enter any but the one that is part of the story line. Maybe that is because I still don't have the Atlas key (or whatever it is).
I got a good deal on a new multi-tool and traded up.
I started a spreadsheet of repair requirements for the various kinds of failures I have been finding on my wrecks.
