Commentary
I have discovered that ANY trade outpost or outpost with a terminal on any given planet doesn't always sell the same items. I was thinking that the commodities would have been fixed, per planet, but it's actually a lot deeper with different places on the same planet selling a slightly different selection.
This universe is more about discovery than trade; the things I feel I want to record are those discoveries to look back on. No need to record my individual purchases to see how much I'm selling for.
Space station
The local space station always has a fixed selection of trade goods, and it's "Starred" Premium items appear also to be the same when you come back. I am wondering if it is worth recording the full list of what the station sells, or just the premium items. For example, here is the current list, with the premium items highlighted:
