K. Cowhotera is a large red creature, covered in gray scaly patches on its head, back, and legs.
- The Rational gender has a floral shaped head, and its back is covered in undulating flaps that have cilia-like tips.
- The Alpha gender has a triangular-shaped head with a single row of sharp upper teeth, and triangular-shaped plates on its back.
