==Summary==
The '''Krillfederation Of Soviet Socialist Systems''' is a [[Civilized space]] community, completely sovereign in its goals, as well as focused in its ambitions.

It is located in the [[Inuaescl]] region of the [[Euclid]] galaxy.

====Mission====
The Krillfederation strives to spread the principles of equality and distribution throughout the galaxy, starting with its home region of Inuaescl, to allow for a truly United galaxy where all citizens have a voice, and true equality between the workers of the galaxy is established.

==Background==
The civilization was born out of a need for exploration of the Inuaescl region with it being so close to the center of Euclid yet completely unorganized. The Proletarian of the region waged a successful protracted people's war resulting in a seizure of several systems and the founding of the Krillfederation. The KSSS also has a comprehensive [[Krillfederation of Soviet Socialist Systems - Constitution|Constitution]] which ensures the rights of its citizens and guarantees democracy.  

Several ancient records dating back to the Great Sentinel War period have been found dotted around several systems of Inuaescl aboard abandoned freighters, ancient ruins, [[cave]] systems, and beacons. Ranging from written pieces of paper to digital transmissions and files, these records paint a picture of the tyrannous civilization present in Inuaescl before the KSSS.

The KSSS was preceded by an unnamed civilization hosting several races. As with several other smaller civilizations of the time. it followed a monarchial hierarchy as a system of government. This kingdom was formed near the end of the Great Sentinel War, when masses of [[Gek]], [[Korvax]], and even[[ Vy'keen]] defectors who had escaped the bloodshed had settled in the region. Following their collective assembly in Inuaescl, they began to assemble a civilization. After the end of the Great Sentinel War, the civilization prospered greatly. It eventually expanded to the borders of Inuaescl, with a benevolent monarch providing for the people.  

During the period of the first traveler awakening, the civilization has already passed its peak. Rebellions, protests and mutinies were becoming more and more frequent as time went on. The now corrupt dynasty had invoked the wrath of the people, who rebelled against an unfair and oppressive regime. These revolutions climaxed at the collapse of this civilization, when each star system proclaimed independence from the empire. These weak system states were subject to poverty, corruption, oppression and tyranny. Some systems retained a monarchial system whilst others transitioned to weak provisional governments. These corrupt regimes were toppled by the several united people's uprisings all throughout Inuaescl. As the systems were liberated under the will of the people, the idea of reunification slowly came about. With the entire region now secure under the several flags of the people, the idea of a united Federation of Socialist systems came about. Following several decades of referendums and decisions, the Krillfederation Of Soviet Socialist Systems was proclaimed, with the People's Liberation Front Of Inuaescl at its forefront. The central committee of the People's Liberation Front took charge as the single united government of a United, Socialist Inuaescl.

==Presidiums==
   
The Krillfederation hosts a system for grouping of individuals based on their skill set. Akin to the Worker Unions (Soviets), these presidiums offer each individual to contribute to the Krillfederation with their skillset in different fields.

Each Presidium is lead by a democratically elected Peoples Commissar. The Commissar of each Presidium may further classify members of each Presidium in a subcategory related to that Presidium, so as to assign tasks much more efficiently.

The Presidiums are the backbone of the KSSS, with each member being a valuable citizen. Members of each Presidium contribute to the growth and improvement of the KSSS, and are the most valuable citizens. All citizens of the KSSS are requested to, not required to, join any Presidium of their choice.

==Citizen Engagement==
The KSSS has a mandatory census for each of its civilians. The census allows the Krillfederation to keep its members well listed and documented, and allows it to judge its own size and power. The KSSS Feedback form is an optional form which allows the citizens of the KSSS to anonymously give feedback on the KSSS, which helps the Krillfederation decide on important matters and make decisions.
==Naming Guidelines ==
All systems are republics which are united under the banner of the Krillfederation. As such, all systems must be named as "KSSR-(System number in order of liberation)"

The name of a planet is completely up to its inhabitants. The only rules are that people should use better judgement when it comes to vulgarity of planet names.

==Joining==
In order to join the Krillfederation, one must join the official {{discord|fFQsnz6nVQ}} for the civilization. The second step is to travel to any of the systems claimed by the KSSS, and to set up a base. Finally, a traveller must fill out the Krillfederation Census, in order to receive full citizenship of the Krillfederation Of Soviet Socialist Systems. As a citizen, travellers may vote on any matter, vote for people's commissars and general secretaries, run for the offices of People's Commissars and join the ministry of defense.
