Galactic Hub Administrative Zone 02 — The dome over the Galactic Hub Administrative Zone seen from space. This is one of Leviathan C&S's larger domes installed so far.

Leviathan Construction & Supply is a HubCoin-based business. Our main office can be found in the Galactic Hub Mall, in the same system as the Galactic Hub Production Domes - all under massive Bio-Domes installed by Leviathan Construction & Supply.

General[ | ]

Leviathan Construction & Supply is owned by the Galactic Hub government. All profits go to the Treasury.
Requests may be denied at our discretion, for any reason, at any time. If payment has been made prior to denial, a full refund will be issued.
Billboard payments secure your rental of that billboard for 2 months by-contract. However, in practice, Leviathan does not intend to dismantle any advertisements unless the business/colony/base/other content being advertised becomes inactive.
Real estate purchases secure your purchase of that space as long as your business has signs of activity in the last update cycle or two. "Signs of activity" may include Wiki edits or economically-oriented posts on the Galactic Hub Discord or Subreddit. If your Business appears to have been inactive for more than one or two update cycles, your claim may be considered forfeit. If your base disappears, the spot will be sold again.
Leviathan C&S will supply and install base parts anywhere in the galaxy. Locations beyond Euclid will require "a ride" via multiplayer before construction can begin.
Leviathan C&S services are only available in Normal Mode at this time.
Glitch trophies must be supplied to Leviathan C&S before we will up-scale them.

Mall[ | ]

By building in the Galactic Hub Mall, you agree to follow all guidelines and directions from Leviathan C&S, except those which violate terms of the business agreement or other agreements reached privately between yourself and Leviathan C&S.
Severe violations, like widespread fraud from a business or unapproved construction within the Mall, will have a notice posted via Message Module and the business's doors will be boarded.
Place your base computer 300u outside the Mall and use base stretching techniques to stretch the base boundary into the dome.
Your business should be based in the appropriate section of the mall (Service, Food, Miscellaneous, Supply).

Each business's plot is a 30u-per-side square, 900u².
A basic outline of the building (rough X/Y/Z axis dimensions in a specific location) must be submitted to Leviathan C&S for inspection before more substantial construction can begin.
Certain types of construction, such as building into a cliffside or on the beach (sand textured ground) will require an additional permit. There is a fee associated with the permitting process.
Building over the water is generally forbidden, but you can seek approval anyway if you'd like.
A power hotspot can be found behind the Leviathan C&S office in the Service section.
No builds are permitted in the fenced Vapor Beach area.
Builds on clifftops (areas on the cliffs with grass texture) are not considered a part of any sector, but are still limited to 900u².

Base Part Supply & Installation[ | ]

Leviathan C&S supplies any base parts (except "Legacy Parts," unless a copy can be supplied to us first) at a size scaled up (enlarged) beyond what is possible through the widely-known "Universal Adjacency Glitch." For an additional charge, we will also install your base part(s) as desired.

The base rates are:

500 per mega-scaled item
1,000 for mega-scaled installation. This may increase depending on the complexity and difficulty of your specific needs.

We can also scale down (shrink) items for you, but only within the limits of the Universal Adjacency Glitch. Our special approach does not allow us to make base parts uniquely small beyond the UA Glitch. This is not one of our primary services, but can be provided free-of-charge if you use one of our other services.

Note that after the initial installation, you should be able to copy these mega-sized parts yourself, like any other base part, if you need additional copies at no extra cost. However, some of the largest pieces will occasionally give errors about starship or player being too close.

Guidelines[ | ]

Although any base parts can be scaled up almost-indefinitely, their rendering distance does not increase. This means that making the majority of base parts comically large will not achieve particularly effective results. Our services are best applied to structural elements, particularly those which you want people to be inside of, as those will render consistently.

Warning[ | ]

Leviathan C&S "mega-sizes" base parts using a glitch. It is possible that incorporating glitched content into your save could present issues in the future, including loss of bases or even corruption of your save data. Leviathan does not anticipate this will ever be an issue, but cannot make any guarantees to that effect.

Realty & Advertising[ | ]

Leviathan C&S also manages the activity of our "in-house domes" - that is, domes not installed for another player, but for the Galactic Hub in general. The Production Domes generate a high amount of foot traffic, as new players access their resources and experienced players attend events or participate in time trial races. The Mall is expected to generate a high amount of foot traffic from routine economic events hosted there. A number of economic opportunities within these domes are available.

Galactic Hub Production Domes Opportunities:

1 - Temporary Low Pricing - Business Real Estate. Establish a base of your own within one of the Production Domes. More businesses mean more traffic for the Production Domes and all other businesses within them! Bases should be somewhat small to avoid impacts on rendering, and goods produced under the Production Domes are not considered CV if the planet has weather hazards.
115 - Advertising Billboard. Prominently display an ad for your business, colony, base, or anything else. Includes 1 Message Module - Leviathan recommends combining this with sharetext.me to circumvent the character limit on Message Modules, but that is optional.

Galactic Hub Mall Opportunities:

1 - Temporary Low Pricing - Business Real Estate Plot. Establish a base of your own in the Mall. All bases must feature a clear visual sign indicating the business name or nature, a Message Module sign with the exact name of the business, and a sharetext.me Message Module featuring the business's HubCoin Wallet Address. Mall bases must be small and as simple as possible to allow the bases of many different businesses to render. Bases may not exceed a 30u-per-side (900u²) square plot. Restaurants must feature a seated eating area, or may share a seated area in food-court style.
5,000 - Business Plot Expansion. Add an additional 900u² plot to your existing plot. A single structure may span both / all plots.
500 - Advertising Billboard. Prominently display an ad for your business, colony, base, or anything else. Includes 1 Message Module - Leviathan recommends combining this with sharetext.me to circumvent the character limit on Message Modules, but that is optional.
