The headquarters of the Morley Celestial Bureau are situated on an off-shore island in the North of the planet. Located in the Diadu region, positioned centrally between the Efari Post Transmission Tower, the Exchange M8-Y30 Colossal Archive and the Diadu Outpost Minor Settlement
