Monolith Type 04 is a type of Point of Interest in No Man's Sky. There are 17 different types of Monoliths, but all interaction and results are similar.
Type 04 is a square column with circular hole near top. There is a sloped ramp that wraps up around the sides of the column to access the elevated interaction point.
