It is based in the Rayequ Void region of the Paholiang galaxy. This region is identified as the company main operational area (OA).
Mission[]
Our main mission is to explore uncivilized space to discover the natural beauty and the mysteries of the multiverse, and to reveal the remnants of civilizations. Our actual focus is to develop our activities within the Rayequ Void region and to expand our OA.

Background[]
The company was founded by the explorer Vincintius in the following context. As with many others Anomaly, Vincintius awakened during Expedition 6: The Blighted in the Umirpaiya galaxy. Along the way and after a thrilling adventure, the Paholiang galaxy was reached. Vincintius pushed the exploration through this new galaxy and finally found a Black Hole in the Ournarr VII system. This discovery triggered an idea in the mind of the explorer… Why not warp through the Black Hole and survey the unknown to reveal its mysteries to the civilized space of the multiverse? To achieve this, better be organized, equipped, and team-up. A company was the solution. Vincintius gathered some friends whom he met while traveling the Umirpaiya and Paholiang galaxies. This is how the Multiverse Expeditionary Corps or the MEC was created.
Since, the MEC members or the Expeditioners work hard to expand the company operations through time and space...
The Recce Team
Shortly after the MEC creation, the so-called Recce Team was recruited within the Expeditioners to achieve a critical mission. They will warp through the Black Hole in Ournarr VII system to an unknown galaxy region with two objectives:
- survey the area
- establish the foundation of the company Headquarter
The Expeditioners forming the Recce Team were stedymagnus, BootLegger_666, and Vincintius. The Black Hole transported stedymagnus and Vincintius to the Ovallul system, but BootLegger_666 reappeared in the Maybritni system. Even split, the Recce Team achieved their mission with success.
Multiverse Effect
Each time an Anomaly awakens a string is added to the multiverse web... This addition thicken the space-time continuum. Each time the same Anomaly awakes, this is a new "Iteration" of the same being that is created. Some are aware of their previous "life" and some not. The result is that multiple iterations of the same Anomaly can be contemporary but not at the same place. But they can visit friends and others Anomalies, travelling back and forth between space and time. This is what the MEC identify as the "Multiverse Effect".
As such, the MEC considers all previous, present, and past iterations as a whole for each member. By example, all iterations of the Expeditioner Vincintius are known as the "Hawk Iterations". This is true for the Normal game mode only.
For the more harsh or deadly planets of the multiverse, the MEC established a different identification protocol. All iterations of an Anomaly are qualified as "Iota Iterations" for the Survival game mode, and as "Epsilon Iterations" for the Permadeath game mode. By example, any Iota Iterations of the Expeditioner stedymagnus are known as stedymagnus Iota.
Some of those "Iterations" have been contacted by the MEC and they joined the company at their turn. In order to identify their claim, Iterations of Expeditioners are using specific IDs for the naming convention (see Guidelines section).
Recruiting others Iterations of the Expeditioners is the core strategy that allows the MEC to effectively operate at the multiverse level.
Origin Operation
It is a special operation organized by the CEO with the objective to reclaim the star system and the galaxy region where the MEC was born. In order to acheive the mission, the Expeditioner Vincintius launched a solo expedition in the Ukambail Shallows region. This expedition involved the following:
- The reconnaissance of the stars systems previously discovered by the MEC former members in the Ukambail Shallows region
- The renovation of the very first MEC operational base and its upgrade to a HQ level
After a week-long mission, Origin operation successfully ended with the MEC claim of the Ournarr VII star system and the Ukambail Shallows region. Following the success of the operation, the MEC decided to extend the claim to all star systems previously discovered by the MEC former members in the Ukambail Shallows region.
Falco Operation
It is a special operation launched by the MEC Zeta Branch with the objective to build a base at the core of each civilized galaxy. Detailed information on the Falco operation is available under the Zeta Branch section on the Multiverse Expeditionary Corps - Branches page.
The Expand
The MEC is booming following the hard work of the Expeditioners. And the repercussions are felt across time and space as the Expeditioners reach other galaxies. In fact, the MEC launched five new expansion operations:
- Legacy Operation is going back to Umirpaiya galaxy, the awakening place of all Expeditioners, with the objective to expand the MEC OA to this galaxy. The Team Lead of this operation is Expeditioner Xivigg.
- Kha Operation is travalling to the Hicanpaav galaxy with the objective to expand the MEC OA there. The Team Lead of this operation is Expeditioner HeLLQc.
- Jackal Operation is targetting the Coellosipp galaxy with the objective to expand the MEC OA. The Team Lead of this operation is Expeditioner BootLegger_666.
- Geraki Operation is leading the MEC to expand there OA in the Yudukagath galaxy. The Team Lead of this operation is Expeditioner Vincintius.
- Ursus Operation will expand the MEC OA to the Iaereznika galaxy. The Team Lead of this operation is Expeditioner stedymagnus.

Multiverse Expeditionary Corps uses the prefix above to name all discovered star systems since the Recce Team established the foundation of the OA in the Ovallul and Maybritni systems.

Structure[]
The actual structure of the MEC is based on a general partnership (GP). All members are equal and all important decision are taken at majority. The company founder is the CEO and some members act as directors for the developing branches. The members inherit only responsibilities from those roles.
