Nomad Foxes is a civilized space community.

Nomad Foxes, also known as Nomadic Foxes, is a civilized space community.
The current owner of the Nomad Foxes is Corde CE (OmniShoutmon).
Our members are called Foxes.
Mission[ | ]
Our goal is to find worlds where we can build places that help us and other Travellers. We also hunt for interesting planets, animals, starships and other things that Travellers may want to go see or take for themselves!
Background[ | ]
We journeyed through the vastness of space, wandering amongst the stars. Worlds beyond count revealed themselves before us, each graced with its own mix of splendor and danger: barren wastelands, frozen lands, radiation-bathed spheres, fiery infernos and more. With every discovery, our knowledge grew, yet a deep loneliness took hold within. Burdened by isolation, Atlas created the Travellers. In our shared solitude, we built the Federation, longing to escape the prison of loneliness. Togetherness became our quest — a chance to connect, create, know joy - and live. Dreaming of havens for tired Travellers, our Founder envisioned sanctuaries dotting the stars. Thus we, the Nomad Foxes, were brought to life, entrusted with making this dream real. Our purpose is twofold — to chronicle and construct. We explore unmapped planets, establishing refuges to renew Travellers, while cataloguing remarkable starships, worlds and life for all to enjoy.
Our motto is: All for one, and one for all!
Current Project[ | ]
The Nomad Foxes are currently looking to become more active again, as its leader has been on a hiatus from the game. We are looking to upgrade our capital ship (the NF Foxfire) and renovate its interior. Minor upgrades are also going to be made to the Foxes HQ. The Foxes will also be going on an expedition to catalogue new planets, starships and fauna to share with others on Reddit.
Naming Guidelines[ | ]
- If you are claiming a planet or a moon, use the prefix NF. This should also be done with bases. Example: "NF Example"
- If you are claiming a system for us you should use the suffix NFxxx, where xxx is the last part of the coordinate string from a Signal Booster.
World Types[ | ]
To help Travellers with navigating inside our regions of space, we classify worlds made by us into several different types.
Hub World[ | ]
Hub worlds are places where everyone is welcome. We will help everyone who visits our territory if we can.
Requirements
- No extreme weather
- No aggressive sentinels
- No aggressive fauna
- A Fox Outpost is built
Industry World[ | ]
Industry worlds are places that contain our factories that produce different goods, making raw products that are used in our various projects. These worlds are also used for item storage.
Requirements
- No aggressive sentinels
- World is supplied (with a Mineral Extractor) by different resources
- World is made electrically self-sufficient by an Electromagnetic Generator
- A Fox Factory is built
Farm/Garden World[ | ]
Farm worlds, also known as Garden Worlds, are places where we farm plants and take care of animals.
Requirements
- No aggressive sentinels
- World must have a large variety of fauna
- Fox Farm is built

- Travellers that aren't members of the Nomad Foxes are not allowed to enter restricted areas in our facilities (if an area is restricted, it will have signs before doors leading to it).
Building Types[ | ]
Fox Outpost[ | ]
Fox Outposts are various buildings. Fox Outposts look similar to planetary outposts (as they also have a lot of landing pads), but they also have exo-craft garages and storage facilities. They also tend to have recreation and meeting areas.
The idea of Fox Outposts is to create friendly areas in civilized space. Our outposts are places when you can stay and take a break from your work. You can meet Travellers here and trade with them.

Fox Factories are places where resources are mined and stored. We build them on Industry Worlds. They are usually not aesthetically pleasing because they need to be efficient, not attractive.

- Toxicity's got no home with us. As Foxes we lift each other up with compassion and chill interactions.
- Respect every Traveller, wherever they're from. Act decent, lead by example. Our diversity makes this journey richer.
- Newbies need our support out there in the stars. As vets, it's on us to guide them - offer advice, assistance, whatever we can. Together we help this community thrive.
