Photo Blast is a starship upgrade.
Summary[ | ]
The Photon Blast is a weapons technology upgrade for a starship's Photon Cannon.
It modifies the spread of a Photon Cannon's target area to proved a wide range of damage. Best used on targets close to the user. The blueprint can be acquired from an NPC armourer.
Game description[ | ]
Photon cannon shots are granted a wide cone of destruction. Reduces device's range and rate of fire, encouraging combat with targets in close proximity to user. Operates automatically when located in a player's starship inventory
Build[ | ]
Photon Blast cannot be crafted.

- Needs no fuel or recharging
- the NPC armourer will require a Vy'keen Dagger as an initial investment before providing the blueprint. Once this is in hand, the regular crafting can be completed.

- Pathfinder - Added as a technology.
