Planetary Settlement - Happiness contains a detailed description of the characteristics of the population's happiness or approval aspect in a Planetary Settlement.
It is displayed as a percentage (%), Happiness measures the overall mood state of the citizens. The higher the percentage, the more content citizens of the settlement have become, and conversely for a lower percentage.
A settlement with low Happiness will often have citizens with negative thoughts, including about the Overseer, while settlements with high Happiness will often have positive thoughts among its citizens.
