Protective Casing is a destroyable object.

Summary

Protective Casing is a destroyable object and part of the Salvageable Scrap.

Several of them are interconnected with a single Salvage Container, rendering it invulnerable until all of the Protective Casings are destroyed.

When destroyed, it rewards the player with 15-27 Ferrite Dust and there is a chance for one Corrupted Sentinel to appear.

Additional information

• It is located underground and will require the Terrain Manipulator to excavate it.
• The number of Protective Casings interconnected with a Salvage Container defines the rarity of the Salvaged Scrap: 2 → Common, 3 → Uncommon, 4 → Rare.
