R. Tachyepsea was first recorded in the shattered remains of planet Dusi Tau, thriving despite the nuclear storms. These simple insects barely have a brain at all and react to external stimuli only via localised reflexes. Their diet is varied, but they will gorge upon Gamma Weed at any opportunity.
