- This is the main reward for the Beachhead expedition.
- It has excellent combat and exploration capabilities.
- It is classified in game as a Recon-Type Frigate.
- Even though the beacon can be purchased outside of the Expedition, using it at the target Boundary Failure will end in failure.
- After SSV Normandy SR1 is received in the Expedition save, it can be acquired from Quicksilver Synthesis Companion in any other save.
