⃠ Selenite Blizzard Guild is an abandoned company in No Man's Sky. ⃠
It is based in the Rignewb Cloud region of the Euclid galaxy.
Mission[ | ]
Our mission is to explore undiscovered space. We lead research on local flora and fauna, and are specialized in aquatic environments. Then we transmit collected information to the Galactic Database, where everyone can access it for free.
We also provide a Points of Interest Hunting service. This is a paid service, the currency is Tainted Metal.
Our main objectives are:
- To understand the appearing of exotic flora and fauna that corrupt planets
- To find a planet that is almost completely covered by water. The first one finding this planet in our Space will be rewarded.

Points of Interest Hunting Service[ | ]
This section describes how the Points of Interest Hunting Service works. It will be named POIH for commodities.
The POIH service is a service which helps you gain the resource spot or the power spot you have always dreamed for. An S.B.G Employee does the search part for you, and when they find what you asked for, they give you the planet's coordinates so you can use a portal to reach your destination. It is a paid service, because depending on the request, the risk the employee encounters can be high. So, to make employees' lives easier in their exploration quest, you will be asked to pay the employee with Tainted Metal.
Q: Why Tainted Metal?
- A: Getting Tainted Metal from this service help employees to get nanites more easily.
Q: I can't use a portal because I don't have all the glyphs, how can I reach my destination?
- A: We are partnered with PanGalactic StarCabs, a free taxi corporation. Please go on their Discord server and open a ticket. The process to make a clean request is well explained enough.
Background[ | ]
Garlayn Toji wanted to create a scientist company, focused on research, after his home planet, Radhiver (not documented yet), has been corrupted for unknown reasons.
Radhiver has known major changes in its environment: water disappearing, weird flora growing, changes in some animals' behavior, increase of toxicity... And the death of Garlayn's race as well, the Toji race.
Garlayn began to lead research alone on Radhiver, trying to understand why his planet has been corrupted. But after years of observation, documenting, and research about Radhiver's environment, he realized he could not solve the mystery of his home planet in his life by himself. So he became a Traveler Anomaly, built a ship, and left Radhiver.
He decided to recruit people who would help him solve the mystery of Radhiver, and was determined to document all types of planets he could encounter in the Euclid galaxy. That is how Garlayn Toji founded the Selenite Blizzard Guild, S.B.G.
In order to be sure that every S.B.G member could have access to easy interstellar travels, a Points of Interest Hunting service has been launched for all Interlopers. Paid with Tainted Metal, every SBG Employee is able to have access to the best upgrades for their ship.

- An alliance has been created. The SBG is partnered with all the companies and civilizations of the Galactic Authority Ascendancy.
- A client transfer partnership has been created with PanGalactic StarCabs.
Naming Convention[ | ]
The first seven systems claimed by the SBG are named [GBS] to [GBS-007] in game, and GBS Name of the system to GBS-007 Name of the system.
The naming convention has changed, and to keep a "scientist" mind in our naming conventions, it has been decided to rename systems [SBG-XXX] Name of the system.
The XXX between square brackets stands for the three last symbols of the system's galactic address. So, if GBS Otiami-Nabe XII used this naming convention, it could have been named [SBG-04F] Otiami-Nabe XII.
Q: How do I get the system's galactic coordinates?
- A: You have two solutions:
- Land on any planet of the system. Build a signal booster and use it. The XXXX:XXXX:XXXX:XXXX which appears is the galactic coordinates.
- In space, go into Photo Mode. A glyph address is shown at the bottom left of the screen. Copy it on the NMS Portal Decoder website. The galactic coordinates are shown as soon as you finish copying the last glyph of the address. You also can see a hexadecimal code, which is used to write the system's glyph address on the wiki.

The Selenite Blizzard Guild is a Non-Profit Corporation, and is open for partnerships. The Guild is open to all three platforms: PC, PS, XBox.
