Shelters are one of the various types of planetary Points of Interest in No Man's Sky. They are represented by a blue symbol with a square house on it.
Composition[]
Shelters typically include two long semi-cylindrical buildings, with a nearby piece of Damaged Machinery. There is usually a small outdoor canopy structure for quick access to shelter and a Waypoints for saving progress. Occasionally there may be non-functional decorative structure such as a transmission tower present. Shelters are sometimes stand alone and sometimes adjacent to one of the following:
