The Skaggerrak Refuge is a zone of civilized space located close to the Galactic Hub in the Hubbleraco region of the Euclid galaxy.
It takes its name from the Skaggerrak Separatists who have taken refuge there. This Vy'keen faction has been hunted to near extinction by mainline elements of the Vy'keen Alliance.

The activities of the Skaggerrak Refuge mostly consist of taking refuge with an emphasis on lost lore and a robust economy. Also cars.

The founder Templar-Captain Gamba (The300euros (PS4)) claims no political or economic dominion over the space contained within the boundaries of the Skaggerrak Refuge but offers protection to all who seek refuge

The primary location is the Candelabra Cluster and base Efkairia Colony on the moon Opimae. This is the principle habitation of the Skaggerrak Separatists and others who chose it as a place of refuge.
