No worries mate, they are correct (for PC at least). I think an update added the icon for AquaShperes and some other rare things. I can't verify that they always show up for all the rare things, but I've seem them for Radox, AquaSpheres, and Vortex Cubes too. The same greed diamond with a ! shows up for poop also, if you feed the animals...
