differences between harsh and norm[]

- It isn't mentioned on the Galaxy or Harsh galaxy pages, but based on observation players believe that Raging galaxies have a much higher probability of extreme weather conditions and/or aggressive sentinels. The biome distributions between Harsh and Norm are identical, but the severity of the conditions found *within* those biomes (not tracked by the table) differ.
