No Man's Sky Wiki

There must be more Trophies, because there is one called Undaunted that is earned after surviving the first sol (day) in game.

Perhaps the 23 Names given on this list are for Playstation only, and the 'in game' Trophies/Achievements are associated with the Playstation Trophies. For example, the 'A Scanner Darkly' Trophy is earned on Playstation by earning 'Naturalist' status in game. But the Undaunted achievement in game apparently isn't associated with a Playstation Trophy.

It might be a good idea to create an overview page for Trophies/Achievements with general information, and then either separate pages or separate sections for No Man's Sky Trophies/Achievements, Playstation Trophies/Achievements, and Steam Trophies/Achievements, et cetera.

Note: In No Man's Sky achievements may be called Journey Milestones, which can be viewed via the in game Menu (alongside records of Discoveries, Control settings, and the Options menu). But I'm not certain.

  • That definitely merits a decent idea/discussion. I'm not opposed to it, I was just going with what can be confirmed so far, but as more information is revealed that seems like a good solution. - Wagnike2 (talk) 17:59, 1 August 2016 (UTC)
The GOG Galaxy client on PC lists all the achievements, and there are at least five not given in this article:
  • Navigators (Build an Exocraft), red icon that doesn't fit your bronze-silver-gold scheme
  • Cradle (Claim a Base or Buy a Freighter), also red
  • Reunion (Visit another Player's Base), I haven't completed this so no icon color is shown
  • Take a Deep Breath (Reach the Centre of the Galaxy in Survival Mode), ditto
  • To Live Forever (Reach the Centre of the Galaxy in Permadeath Mode), ditto 00:48, 1 April 2018 (UTC)
thanks for this note - have added these five trophies to the wiki Ddfairchild (talk) 05:49, 1 April 2018 (UTC)

Pointless to have so many separate articles[]

I find it really pointless to have one article for each achievement, where each article is just a stub that basically repeats everything on this page. The same goes for any of the named Journey Milestones (such as Diplomat), where if there is a sub-article, is just a re-iteration of the milestones article.

(@User:Ddfairchildd) Can we change all of them to redirects (i.e. redirect any named achievement to Trophy, and any named milestone to Journey Milestone)? It also collates all information on one single page each at one glance. Dragomir7 (talk) 13:00, 3 June 2021 (UTC)

The individual trophy pages are now redirects to Trophy, with the exception of the Total Perspective Vortex. It was different enough that I updated and cleaned it up a bit. I am still deciding on how to approach the milestone pages. Ddfairchildd (talk) 06:37, 9 June 2021 (UTC)
