Technology Merchant is a merchant NPC.

Summary

Technology Merchant is a merchant NPC that can be found in some of the small planetary buildings with Landing Pads and on space stations. They sell technology blueprints for Nanite Clusters and products for units.

Space Station Technology Merchant

There are four different Technology Merchants that can be found on the space station based on what type of blueprint they sell:

• Exocraft
• Exosuit
• Multi-tool - Also can be used to upgrade existing multi-tool class and slot sizes. See Multi-Tool Upgrade Station
• Starship

Their blueprint list can contain items the player might have already purchased in another star system.

Planetary Technology Merchant

On planets, Technology Merchant can be found in some of the small planetary buildings with Landing Pads and Trading Posts. They can sell:

• Multi-tool, exosuit or starship blueprints
• Various products, such as components, consumables, tradeables or certain curiosities (like Navigation Data, Drop Pod Coordinate Data)
