The former red-zone and de facto Eyfert Khannate capital got destroyed after the supports that cling it to the underside of an active volcano failed, causing an entire thriving and bustling metropolis to plunge down into ruination. Thankfully, there were no casualties, just minor injuries and a serious headache. The daring project, a capital located underneath a volcano, is an epic fail and disaster of epic proportions. The top dogs in the Blue Zone and a majority of its people made fun of it to the chagrin of the Red Zone. Who in their right minds would build the civilization's capital underneath an active volcano in an extreme volcanic world? Not to mention settling for a medium-sized planet instead of a large one! It was the humiliation of the century! Good job, Khan Ezegnegch. Good job. Tell your men to GITGUD!
After several months of scouting however, it looks like the perfect replacement for the old ruined capital is found. It is large in size, has the same dangerous terrain of Yelshanbrow Kura, but is much calmer. The weather is quite pleasant and rather mild for Eyfert Khannate standards. Seismic activity is low to moderate despite the frequent volcanic eruptions. The Eyfertcui (not Eyfertian) loves extreme weather planets, but this one is quite impressive despite being calm. It is almost unanimous - majority of the Eyfertcui populace has voted this to be the new de facto capital. They want more extreme weather, but beggars can't be choosers because it will take a very long time to find an extreme version of a volcanic planet that's a good as this. And so the construction of the new capital, Kolinstar Prime, begins.
