Wetland Terrain is a geographical feature.

Summary[ | ]

Wetland Terrain, refers to a occurrence of planet surfaces that have no oceans or seas but feature extensive shallow levels of water across a large portion of the surface. They may sometimes be confused with Archipelago worlds. The distinct usually is the dept of water even when far from dry land. If the water depth remains shallow across most of the submerged areas, then its best to classify an apparent archipelago world as a wetland.

Moons, Exotic and Dead planets will never have wetland terrain.
